Consultation Agreement
 

Have you ever wondered, "Is This All There Is?" 

Sometimes we forget who we really are.

 

All consultations focus on remembering, believing in

and expressing who we really are.

 

 

Consultations are available in 1/2 hour sessions and are billed at $25.00 per 1/2 hour, plus GST ($26.25).

 

By requesting a consultation I am in agreement to the following:

• I know this consultation is complimentary to any counseling/treatment I may be requiring and not a replacement for it.

• I know this consultation is based solely on the education, experience, and research of Sandi Harpham which is based in a variety of theories, both old and new, and not any one theory backed by a registered association.

• I know this consultation focuses on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of myself and I am ready to look at all of me.

• I am ready to assume full responsibility for my participation in, use of, and results from the information received in this consultation.

• I am familiar with the material in Living On Purpose: Life Beyond Mediocrity, or similar material.

• I believe there is an upward spiral to life and I am looking for assistance in remembering it.
